Church Check In, also called Child Check In, was developed to help the churches in need of software that could facilitate the check in and check out process of child from services. It is released in to all to use under the Non-Profit Open Software License ("Non-Profit OSL") 3.0.

Browser Support:
This application was developed using Internet Explorer 8.x. This web application uses an Active-X COM component to print labels that is NOT currently supported by Firefox.

With this web based application you can:
  • Check In and Check Out Children
  • Automatically print name tags for children automatically upon check in 
  • Check In and Check Out using barcode scanner (referred to as ID Cards)
  • Easily add new children

  • Manage Child Parent/Guardian relationships
  • Create and manage your own church services
    • Each individual offering is considered a service (i.e. Nursery 9 AM, Nursery 11 AM, etc)
    • You determine if service has name tag print for children upon check in and how many and what type of information is printed
    • You set the pager range assignments for each service
  • Add Application Users, so only specified staff can login to perform functions
